WC Wunderbach Paint is a variation of a stencil font by Christophe Féray of WC Fonts in France. Although not a font designer by trade, Christophe explains his drive to create them: "I am graphic designer. I work enormously the image and the text. I like this. It was undoubtedly rather normal to come to creation from fonts."
Christophe lives in France in Nantes, a very cultural city, not far from the sea. To show off Wunderbach and his hometown, he made some photographic assemblies, starting from his pictures of Saint-Nazaire (a strategic French port which was one of the last German bastions reconquered at the end of the second world war).
Chank likes the way this font combines the stiff lines of stencils with organic paint drips and textures, reflecting the real-life European urban landscape. Enjoy this font and use it often.
